Kokoro #112 - Dreams of JapanI've never been exclusive with so-called "straight photography," the kind of photography that reproduces what the world looks like with painstaking exactness. I've often leaned to the "make" side of photography rather than the "take" philosophy.
This entire project Is composed of photographs made from whatever the camera saw and then enhanced by me, often in very different ways than they appeared. As such, they have very little to do with what you would have seen had you been standing next to me at the time I clicked the shutter. That doesn't make these Art, but it does make them more personal.
