A cafe is more than a place to grab some breakfast or a lunch. It is a meeting place, a place of conversation, a place to hang out. Life happens at a cafe. One that has been around a long while has stories to tell — if these walls could talk, as they say. More than a building, it is a lost memory, an echo of countless moments that I am impulsively drawn to hear, only to find a silence that my imagination strains to fill.
