Kokoro - Wandering Through a Photographic Life

From Kokoro #024 - Pooh's Gorse

Like the image I discussed for Kokoro #009, this too is a multiple image, stiched and blended panorama. In this case, the final image is made from 8 overlapping exposures resulting in a 72 megapixel image. If printed, it would be about 4' 8" long. At least it would if I wanted to. Not quite sure I want a giant print of gorse bushes hanging in the house, but who knows? Someday I might just give it a try.

For the link below to the original digital capture, I've linked a small section of the image at 100% magnification. Lots of prickly spines! No wonder Pooh avoided gorse bushes whenever he could!

Original digital capture (downsized for the web)
