From Kokoro #087 - Hung to Dry

I've often made the point that a photograph needs three elements of interest to really capture our imagination. In this one, there are the hanging clothes, the the signs on the door tell us this is in China, and finally there is the invisible presence of the wind — which we see in the odd angle of the hanging clothes. You may have become consciuos of these things in a different order than mentioned above, but the sequence is less important than the existence of the three elements.

In post processing, I added an additional component of interest in the use of mixed color — b/w in the background and color for the clothes. That color theme is an important part of the presentation and becomes more prevalent as you look through the 13 images in this project.
